People always go to the gym for a workout to keep their health good. They never realize that they are wasting their money because the gym can give a big size of muscles. If they wanted a big size of chest, shoulders and arms are best for those people. If you are trying for good health you should join yoga. (Kapalbhati) which means inhale your breath very fast. (Alom – Vilom) which means inhale your breath very slowly and change your direction by turn by turn. (Tadasana) which means standing up straight and raising your heel upwards. it helps you to make your backbone strong. You should try some humming water for drinking in the morning. It will clear your stomach because many diseases originate from the stomach. Before the gym or workout, you should try bananas. Always drink in the morning lukewarm water

We should drink lukewarm water because it is best for our stomachs. it works anti-disease because almost disease spread from stomach disease.

Always take light meal in lunch

we should take a light meal in the lunch like daliya, fruits, etc and don’t take milk with its cream.

Breakfast should be healthy

your breakfast should be healthy now you can take heavy diet like fatty food.

Dont take heavy vegetables during dinner

During the night we should not eat heavy veg like carrot, radish because it is not acceptable by our liver during the night.

1 we should not take milk with cucumber and onion

2 Don’t take sugarcane juice with egg

3 Don’t take ladyfinger with milk

4 Don’t take meat with milk because these both have different nature

5 Don’t take milk with a pickle
