Then follow some important tips for gym training and diet:

1. First of all, take meals 5 to 6 times. Because when you eat and your body gets energy then you perform better in the gym.

2. Add dry fruits to your meals like:-Almonds, Khajur, Walnuts, Peanuts.

3. Take 2 raw eggs in milk daily. And if you want more energy then take 1 or 2 eggs in cold milk. And eggs are not boiled notice that. But don’t use it daily.

4. Take Ashwagandha, Himalaya Gokshura testosterone booster daily routine.

5. Take a meal before 2 hours of workout. And add 3-4 bananas to your meal. Because bananas have carbohydrates and carbs give us the energy to do exercise.

6. Take black coffee before a workout because black coffee has caffeine. It helps us for better performance in the gym and reduced body fat.

How to focus on sets:

1. Play some motivational music and your full focus on your sets. Because if your full focus is on your sets then your workout definitely completed.

2. After completing your workout take protein immediately. Because your muscles need urgent protein after a workout. Protein helps to rebuild your break muscles.

3. Train 5 or 6 days greatest in a week. If you train daily then your muscles injury change increase and you will get an injury.

4. Train one part in one day like- Chest, Back, Shoulder, Biceps, Triceps, Legs, etc. Because if you train smart then you will get a nice result.

5. Take 1-minute rest after a set. Because if you take rest then your body feel some relax and after rest, you will perform much better.

6. Drink glucose or lemon water in mid-workout. Because lemon water can boost your energy.

7. Take a light diet before a workout. Because if you take heavy diet then your body can not perform.
